Recovering Your Password

This guide will tell you how to recover your SmartAcademy account password. Follow these simple steps to reset your password:

1. Access SmartAcademy:
   Open SmartAcademy on your Android device or any web browser. For detailed instructions, see Accessing SmartAcademy.

2. Access the Forgot Password Screen:
   On the login screen, tap on the "Forgot Password" text located below the Password field. This will redirect you to the password reset screen.

3. Enter Your WhatsApp Number:
   Input your WhatsApp number. Remember, this should be your personal WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp Business number, not your school's WhatsApp number.

4. Send OTP:
   Tap on the "Send OTP" button to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your WhatsApp number. Please allow up to a minute for the OTP to arrive.

5. Verify OTP:
   Enter the OTP received on your WhatsApp number. If you do not receive the OTP, you can tap on the "Resend Code" button.

6. Change Your Password:
   If the OTP is correct, you will have the option to change your password. Enter a new password for your SmartAcademy account.

7. Confirm the Change:
   Tap on the "Change Password" button to save your new password.
